I have been crazy busy this week but actually don’t have much to show for it. We returned to the city for a few days to assist with some tasks for a family member. My husband did the running around, so I spent most of my time doing catch up cleaning and yard work.
When I do online shopping my purchases are all delivered to the city, so at least I had some parcels to open in between tasks.
- I ordered an action camera. I’ve never used one before and couldn’t justify the cost of a GoPro so am trying out this one instead AKASA Brave 4. I’m really looking forward to getting used to using this and trying it out when we start taking the kayaks out on the water this Spring.
- I received a notification from Kobo that my pre-order for a book was now available. Happy surprise as I had forgotten that I ordered it. Looking forward to reading this.
- We have been invited to my nieces wedding in December which will be at this beautiful venue, and luckily for us it is only 20 minutes from Treehouse. All of our kids will be with us for the weekend and I am so ready for it.
- We started watching Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy and have been enjoying it. The only problem is now my wish list of places to visit in Italy is even longer.
- Our local grocery store has had eggplants cheap lately so we have been trying out various recipes with eggplant. Pasta Alla Norma is my current favourite. Who knew eggplant could be so good.
